The hotel facilities were great, and I found the breakfast to be delicious. the hotel's proximity to both Sao Bento station and the San Benton metro station made transportation easy.

The staff at this hotel went above and beyond for us, with their attentive and friendly service making us feel truly spoiled. Our luxurious room had exclusive amenities such as a magnificent view and plush bedding that ensured a comfortable stay. the restaurant served exquisite cuisine that left us craving for more, especially the special diet menus. the outdoor dining area was stunning, providing exceptional ambiance for romantic nights.

Our only minor issue was that there was no in-room breakfast option, but this didn't detract from our overall experience.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, with plenty of shopping and dining options in the nearby Flores shopping district. the hotel is conveniently located near the waterfront and Porto-Campanha station, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and beautifully decorated, providing a luxurious experience for business travelers. The staff offer exceptional service, ensuring a pleasant stay for guests.

The check-in process, with guests having to go to a separate building and navigate through an alley, can be a bit confusing.

The staff greeted us warmly and wished me a happy birthday. The room had a balcony overlooking the bustling street. The apartment was well-equipped with a cooker, fridge, and dishwasher. The hotel staff provided exceptional service and made us feel welcomed. We received an upgraded room and extra amenities when my partner fell ill.

The location of the hotel was perfect for our Christmas stay. We were right in the heart of the city, surrounded by shops, cafes, and wine shops. It was so convenient to have everything within walking distance. The apartment we stayed in was comfortable and well-equipped. We had a fully equipped kitchen, great for preparing our own Christmas meals. It made our stay feel even more like home. One of the best advantages was that the apartment was quiet despite facing a busy street. We were able to relax and enjoy our Christmas without any disturbances.

The pillows in the apartment were not very comfortable. They were a bit too hard for our liking, and it made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

The bathtub in some of the rooms is positioned in the middle of the room and doesn't have any doors, which may not be ideal for families with children.

the exclusive amenities provided in the room were exceptional, including a private terrace where we could enjoy drinks and relax in the sunshine. the restaurant served delicious food, and the bar area had a great selection of cocktails.

The only minor issue was that the continental breakfast lacked variety and did not cater to special diets. the in-room breakfast made up for it, with a great selection of fresh pastries and hot beverages.

I was lucky to stay in one of the charming antique boutique hotel rooms, with a private outdoor patio and a jacuzzi. The room was comfortable, with nice linens and bedding. The windows brought in beautiful light. The hotel provided plenty of TV stations and even Netflix. Although the tub wasn't as hot as I would have liked, it was still very relaxing. The bath products were of high quality. The staff was accommodating and friendly. I had a great experience at Torel 1884 Suites & Apartments.
